Douglas Urban, DDS
Dr. Douglas Urban delivers proven dental solutions with a gentle touch and an eye for detail. He enjoys his patients and values the bonds he's forged since opening his Cerritos practice in 1983. Dr. Urban is committed to providing quality care that exceeds his patients' expectations.
Education and Affiliations
A 1975 graduate of the UCLA School of Dentistry, Dr. Urban is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, Harbor Dental Society, Harvard Dental Society, and numerous study groups. He has undergone a significant number of hours in continuing education and completed specialized training in the application of Lumineers veneers and the placement and restoration of dental implants.
Family Life and Community Involvement
Dr. Urban and his wife, Christine, have been married for over 30 years. They have a son and a daughter in college and a niece who lives with them. Dr. Urban is a former Boy Scouts leader, and his son is an Eagle Scout. In his spare time, Dr. Urban enjoys running, hiking, and playing golf. He also writes a dentistry column for a local newspaper.
